Пхеньян = P’yŏngyang / 1:10 000

This topographic street plan of Pyongyang was printed on four sheets by the General Staff of the Soviet Union in 1981.

The map is in the Russian language. It is printed in 10 colours, and is extremely detailed, with a contour interval of 10 metres. Buildings are classified by their function and material, roads by their width and material, and fields and forests by leaf type. There is a short text which describes the district, the city, its places of importance, and infrastructure (factories, power stations, and hospitals); and indexes to streets and major buildings.

WARNING! The North Korean government criminalises the import of GPS (and almost certainly the possession and use of accurate maps by the public). Because this map was produced by the military, and is accurate, you should most certainly take expert advice if you intend to download or use this map in North Korea.
