This topographic street map of Tambov is composed of four sheets assembled into one. It was produced in 1990 by the General Staff of the Soviet Union.
The map is in the Russian language. It is printed in 8 colours, and is extremely detailed, with a contour interval of 2.5 metres. Buildings are classified by their function and material, roads by their width and material, and fields and forests by species and leaf type.
Similar maps are available for other Russian cities – most notably Moscow in six sheets at 1:25 000 – from TROPICARTA (requires Chomikuj account).
