This street map of Lüderitz dates from 1969, when it was published by the Army Map Service of the United States.

The military mindset is much in evidence: the cartographers consistently misspell the town as Lŭderitz, using the breve symbol they would have used preparing maps of Korea!

At present, this is TROPICARTA‘s only plan of a city in Namibia.
