This topographic street plan of Biała Podlaska was printed by the General Staff of the Soviet Union in 1986.
It is printed in Russian language, but appears to be based on Polish military maps of the same scale from 1983. It is extremely detailed, with a contour interval of 5 meters. Buildings are classified by their function and material, roads by their width and material, and forests and fields by species and leaf type. There is a short text which describes the district, the city, its places of importance, and infrastructure (factories, power stations, and hospitals); and indexes to streets and major buildings.
TROPICARTA (requires Chomikuj account) has maps of more than 50 cities in Poland at the scales of 1:10 000 or 1:25 000.
